My name is Oliverio Perez, I am an accountant turned Loan Officer for the state of Texas. I have had the privilege to work for CPAs for about 4 years and worked under a tax lawyer for about a year and a half. Throughout this time frame I have learned a number of skills through my audits and tax preparation career and have learned to apply this for my clients in their home lending needs.
